Dr. Biplab Kumar Kuila received his M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) from Calcullta University, Kolkata, West Bengal and his Ph.D from Jadavpur University,  Kolkata (work carried out at IACS Kolkata). He worked as a post-doctoral fellow at University of Dayton, USA and as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research, Dresden, Germany. Next, he has joined as Assistant Professor and SERB Ramanujan Fellow, Department of Chemistry, Central University of Jharkhand. Later, He moved to Department of Chemistry, Banaras Hindu University, as Associate Professor.  He is now professor since 2020.
